Zusammenfassung:Of the three most commonly used methods of repairing inguinal hernias laparoscopically, we believe that the transabdominal (TAPP) approach is the most effective. To perform this technique successfully, complete closure of the peritoneum is recommended to avoid the formation of postoperative adhesions. Here we describe a technique that employs the Endo Stitch instrument, facilitating easier closure of the peritoneum.
