Zusammenfassung:Time-release characteristics were determined for the steroid component of the pulp therapeutic agent, Ledermix. Seventy percent of the steroid was released during the first 24 hours, and most of the remainder during the following few days. With this compound, the clinical application of steroid could not, therefore, be considered chronic in biological terms.
