Scalp Reduction for Correction of Cutis Aplasia Congenita

A case of cutis aplasia congenita is presented that was managed successfully by the technique of scalp reduction. A review of this congenital anomaly and its modes of surgical treatment are given. Scalp reduction is an excellent way of correcting both cicatricial and non‐cicatricial alopecias.
