Zusammenfassung:	A case of a rare papillary adenocarcinoma of the rete testis (or epididymis) with a solitary metastasis to a periaortic lymph node is reported. The favorable outcome over a three and one-third-year period after radical orchiectomy and retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy has been observed. We believe this is the first report of such a tumor being treated with lymphadenectomy.
