Metachronous aneurysmal bone cysts with involvement of the humerus and the thoracic vertebrae

Metachronous aneurysmal bone cysts are rare. We report on a 32-year-old man who presented with an aneurysmal bone cyst of the thoracic spine 15 years subsequent to diagnosis of aneurysmal bone cyst of the humerus.
