Zusammenfassung:	A series of 3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles mono or disubstituted at 2-, 3- or 4-positions were synthesized and evaluated as antifungal agents. Many of these derivatives exhibit high activity against Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis. A series of 3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles mono or disubstituted at 2,3 or 4-positions were synthesized. Antifungal activity is reported.
