Zusammenfassung:Shoulder girdle lipomatosis is an extremely rare condition, with unique clinical and imaging features. We report shoulder girdle lipomatosis in a 46-year-old man who presented with a gradual soft tissue enlargement in his left shoulder. We discuss the magnetic resonance imaging features of this disease and the approach to accurate diagnosis. A review of the clinical and radiological features of shoulder girdle lipomatosis is also presented.
