Zusammenfassung: | Nanodelivery: The controlled delivery of growth factors is an essential aspect of angiogenesis, and here we describe a particulate delivery system that provides vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Core‐shell nanoparticles composed of polystyrene cores and cross‐linked polymers of an alkenyl phosphate bind and release VEGF and highly basic peptide sequences. VEGF was released over several days in a bioactive form. |
