Zusammenfassung:	Let′s ChAT about AD: We have successfully developed a chemoenzymatic methodology that utilizes the human choline acetyltransferase (hChAT) for the production of potential acetyl/buturylcholinesterase inhibitors to target Alzheimer's disease (AD). We have kinetically characterized and demonstrated the promisucity of this enzyme for choline analogue substrates and coenzyme A cosubstrates.
