hr with 10, 20 or 30

m hydrogen peroxide did not produce obvious effects upon presenilin-1 C-terminal fragment immunoreactivity. It is suggested that the loss of presenilin-1-mediated neuroprotection that has been proposed to occur in Alzheimer's disease is not secondary to hydrogen peroxide-mediated cell stress. |
