Zusammenfassung: | Peptoid‐based agents that target viral protein–protein interactions within the dimerization interface of HIV‐1 protease (PR) are disclosed. The potency obtained is quite remarkable considering that five side‐chain moieties were relocated in the peptoid structures, and the hydrogen‐bonding network within the dimerization interface was compromised. These data show the importance of inhibitor side‐chain interactions with HIV‐1 PR. |
