Rhinoentomophthoromycosis with mutilation

Summary Rhinoentomophthoromycosis is a rare subcutaneous zygomycosis. We report a case of rhinoentomophthoromycosis with mutilation, which is an even more unusual phenomenon, and discuss the clinical features and management of this rare dermatosis.
