A case of transient hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

During an upright exercise stress echocardiogram there was a blunted blood pressure response (98/68 rising to 115/80 mm Hg) and the development of a left ventricular outflow tract gradient of 80 mm Hg with complete systolic anterior motion of the anterior mitral valve leaflet.
