Zusammenfassung:Tomac et al discuss Churg-Strauss Syndrome (CSS), a disorder characterized by pulmonary and systemic small-vessel vasculitis, extravascular granulomas, and hypereosinophilia that are rarely diagnosed in the pediatric age group. A report on a case of CSS in a 2-year-old child found that nearly all-clinical relapses in the patient were preceded by the disallowance of diet restriction where multiple food allergens triggered vasculitis by chronically stimulating the immune system
