Zusammenfassung:	Surgical approach to the treatment of patients for locally-spread tumors of the oral cavity mucosa was determined. There were operated on 75 patients, suffering tumors of the oral cavity mucosa. The aggressive surgical approach application for tumors of the oral cavity mucosa, consisting of the primary tumor excision together with surrounding soft tissues and the bone resection (in necessity) constitutes an adequate and trustworthy method of choice in the treatment of these patients.
