Zusammenfassung: | Abstract Rectus sheath hematoma (RSH) is an uncommon but significant cause of acute abdominal pain in patients presenting to the Emergency Department. RSHs are often misdiagnosed as other more common causes of abdominal pain. This case describes a 23-year-old male presenting with acute abdominal pain, scrotal swelling, and associated scrotal pressure. The case highlights the uniqueness of this particular presentation and the clinical features, risk factors, diagnosis, and treatment of RSH. |
