Zusammenfassung:	Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) is a cause of sudden cardiac death in otherwise healthy young adults. This article outlines the spectrum of MRI findings in ARVC using a combination of static and cine images. The detection of right ventricular enlargement, fatty infiltration, fibrosis, and wall motion abnormalities at MRI is useful in the diagnosis of ARVC.
