Zusammenfassung:In the structures of 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepine, C(21)H(16)ClNOS, 4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(4-tolyl)-2,3-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepine, C(22)H(19)NOS, and 4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(3-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepine, C(22)H(19)NO(2)S, the central seven-membered heterocyclic rings adopt twist-boat conformations in which the N atoms are involved in strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the hydroxyl H atoms, resulting in six-membered rings.
