Zusammenfassung:More order, more tolerance: PtSn intermetallic and alloy nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared by the co‐reduction of [Pt(acac)2] (acac=acetylacetonate) and SnCl4. The intermetallic NPs can convert to PtSn@Pt core–shell NPs after potential cycling in CO‐saturated H2SO4 solution. Electrochemical studies demonstrated the core–shell and intermetallic electrocatalysts had substantially higher CO tolerance than PtSn alloy, PtRu alloy, and monometallic Pt.
