Zusammenfassung:Mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC), an invasive malignant neoplasm composed of mucus-secreting, epidermoid, and intermediate cells in varying proportions, is the commonest malignant salivary gland neoplasm in adults. Cutaneous metastases from the same, although not entirely common, has been previously reported but are typically confined to dermis. In this report, we present a case of MEC presenting as a cutaneous metastasis. A histologic feature unique to this case was epidermotropism, previously not noted in either metastatic or primary MEC.
