Zusammenfassung:A patient had a 10-year history of pain and swelling in the right wrist and palm. Carpal tunnel exploration showed anomalous muscle bellies of flexor digitorum superficialis II and III. The muscle bellies were excised. Postoperatively, the symptoms disappeared.
