Prenatal diagnosis and In Utero treatment of Torsades de Pointes associated with congenital long QT syndrome

A fetus with polymorphic ventricular tachycardia and second-degree atrioventricular block was identified by fetal magnetocardiography as having congenital long QT syndrome. The arrhythmias were successfully treated in utero with lidocaine and magnesium.
