Iliopsoas tendon dysfunction as a cause of pain after total hip arthroplasty relieved by surgical release

Pain after total hip arthroplasty (THA) may be due to a number of factors, including dysfunction of the iliopsoas tendon. We report a case of persistent groin pain after THA.
