Zusammenfassung:Division of the bladder neck (BN) along with an augmentation cystoplasty and Mitrofanoff procedure was successfully employed in a group of patients with urinary incontinence. The BN division was buttressed with a unilateral vascularised rectus muscle flap, which effectively prevented urethral recanalisation without any cosmetic or functional disability.
