Zusammenfassung:Treatment with highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) generally leads to decreases in seminal plasma viral loads parallel to those observed in blood plasma. HIV-1 and lopinavir/ritonavir levels in blood and seminal plasma taken from 23 men on stable HAART regimens were measured, and those results were correlated with viral genotyping.
