Echocardiographic atrioventricular interval optimization in patients with dual-chamber pacemakers and symptomatic left ventricular systolic dysfunction

The purpose of our study was to determine if "optimal" atrioventricular delay resulted in a sympotmatic and functional benefit greater than that provided by the device's nominal AV delay.
