Zusammenfassung:The biosynthesis of trypsinlike and chymotrypsinlike enzymes was followed in the four instars and pupa of Lutzomyia anthophora Addis. A 32-fold increase in the biosynthesis of trypsinlike enzymes was observed from the first to the fourth instar. Trypsinlike and chymotrypsinlike isozymes were also synthesized by pupae 1-8 d old. Similarly, a 29-fold increase in the biosynthesis of chymotrypsinlike isozymes also was observed from first to fourth instars.
