Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	Whereas intra- and extramural coronary artery narrowing have been found in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, occlusion of extramural coronary arteries has not been reported. Also, only three cases with Noonan syndrome and congenital coronary artery anomalies have been described. We report a patient with Noonan syndrome, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and complete occlusion of the proximal left coronary artery.
