Effects of left varicocele ligation in subfertile males with absent or atrophic right testes

Fifteen subfertile males with absent or atrophic right testes underwent ligation of left varicoceles. Sperm concentration rose significantly with correction of scrotal thermographic abnormality and nine wives (60%) became pregnant.
