Zusammenfassung:	Two paraplegic women who had undergone implantation of a sacral anterior nerve root stimulator to treat their voiding difficulties and recurrent urinary tract infections subsequently suffered from stress incontinence. After urodynamic evaluation they were treated with a Stamey operation which rendered them dry without hindering their implant driven micturition.
