Zusammenfassung:We report the identification of two new RELPs and the development of PCR primer pairs for amplification and detection of D10S94 polymorphisms. These new variants and the conversion of two RELPs to PCR marker systems will be of value in MEN 2A, MEN 2B, and MTC1 disease screening programs and in the continued development of the linkage and physical maps of proximal 10q.
