Zusammenfassung:Skeletal system involvement is relatively a common complication of human brucellosis. However, muscular involvement is less frequent, and particularly psoas abscess is always secondary to spondylitis. In this case report, psoas abscess formation in a 70 years old female brucellosis patient complicated with spondylitis on vertebral corpus, has been presented.
