Right atrial rupture due to blunt trauma: CT evaluation

Controversy currently exists over the use of Cr versus aortography in initial evaluation of blunt chest trauma. A case is described in which C -r expeditiously diagnosed cardiac rupture and ruled out aortic trauma.
