A NEW TREATMENT FOR ACQUIRED REACTIVE PERFORATING COLLAGENOSIS

Summary Acquired reactive perforating collagenosis is reported in an insulin dependent diabetic patient with renal impairment, managed successfully with surgical debridement and split skin grafting. The literature on treatment of reactive perforating collagenosis is reviewed.
