We describe an 11-year-old girl who developed oculogyric crises 3 1/2 years after infarction of the right caudate, putamen, and internal capsule. Her abnormal eye movements responded to anticholinergic agents. This is the first reported association between oculogyric crises and striatocapsular infarction.
