Cardiogenic shock due to neoplastic infiltration of cardiac muscle

We present a patien with cardiogenic shock resulting from extensive neoplastic infiltration of the inferolateral left ventricular cardiac muscle by an epidermoid carcinoma of the lower third of the oesophagus.
