Zusammenfassung:	Collagenous spherulosis is generally classified as a component of benign proliferative breast disease. Previous reports have described the histologic features of collagenous spherulosis, but we are unaware of cytologic descriptions of the condition. In this report, the cytologic features of collagenous spherulosis are described and the differential diagnosis is discussed.
