Zusammenfassung: | During a routine physical examination, a 66-year-old man was discovered to have a large left upper quadrant mass. Subsequent evaluation, which included an upper gastrointestinal series as well as CT scan, demonstrated a large, partially necrotic, noncalcified gastric mass. A percutaneous biopsy revealed the lesion to be a leiomyomatous tumor. A bone scan showed relatively intense uniform localization of the radiopharmaceutical in this lesion. |
