Zusammenfassung:	In patients with complete right bundle branch block and drug-resistant heart failure, we compared effects of biventricular pacing on regional ventricular electromechanic delay and hemodynamics. After 1 year of follow-up, our results suggest that only patients with a right bundle branch block associated wiht a major left intraventricular asynchrony detected echocardiographically are likely to respond to pacing therapy.
