Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of this study is to report a rare and interesting case of a 10-month-old boy who presented a bilateral ethmoidal mucocele associated with cystic fibrosis and to discuss, according to the literature, the sinonasal involvement in this disease. Only nine pediatric patients with both disorders have been reported previously in literature, and all of these cases were older than 1 year 4 months and presented with a unilateral mucocele.
