Zusammenfassung:A decrease in hematocrit has been reported 12 hours after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA); however, the etiology and clinical significance are uncertain. 1 Significant blood loss is potentially dangerous in patients with tenuous coronary perfusion.
