Use of Dynamic Combinatorial Chemistry for the Identification of Covalently Appended Residues that Stabilize Oligonucleotide Complexes

Zusammenfassung: | Amplification with kissing: Rapid identification of covalently appended residues that stabilize oligonucleotide complexes has been achieved by using a dynamic combinatorial approach that leads to amplification of the best ligand (see schematic representation). Both a DNA duplex and an RNA loop–loop (kissing) complex were investigated. Melting‐temperature experiments confirmed that the amplified species stabilize the complexes. |
