An Intracardiac Mass in a Young Man With Congenitally Acquired HIV

ABSTRACTA case of a 19-year-old man with congenitally acquired HIV infection who was found to have a large intracardiac mass is presented. Presurgical imaging studies and subsequent pathologic findings and histology are discussed.
