Zusammenfassung:We experienced a case of a 60-year-old male with a foreign body in the urinary bladder. He had inserted chewing gum into the urethra for the purpose of masturbation, and it had slipped into the bladder. We collected 1,436 cases of vesico-urethral foreign body from the Japanese literature including our case, and reviewed these cases with some statistical analysis.
