Zusammenfassung:We describe a 10-year-old immunocompetent male whose initial presentation was consistent with the diagnosis of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis. He relapsed 3 months later, with new neurologic signs and lymphadenopathy. T-cell lymphoma was diagnosed by lymph node and stereotaxic brain biopsy. This patient represents a rare report of T-cell lymphoma in an immunocompetent child presenting with central nervous system symptoms.
