Zusammenfassung: | Intraabdominal lymphangiomas are rare benign tumors that can be difficult to diagnose preoperatively. The clinical presentation of these tumors is variable and potentially misleading. Therefore, complex imaging studies are required to evaluate this condition. Ultrasound and CT scan are important to make the correct preoperative diagnosis and also provide important information regarding location, size, and adjacent organ involvement. The treatment of choice is complete excision. This report describes two patients with cystic lymphangiomas originating in the gallbladder. The correct diagnosis was made preoperatively in one patient, and both patients were treated successfully by laparoscopy. |
