Zusammenfassung: | Two types of flow manifolds have been developed in order to provide a reliable method for attaching plastic microfluidic systems to glass sensing surfaces. A permanently mounted flow manifold has grooves in the inter-channel barriers to confine the epoxy used for attachment. The reusable flow manifold has inter-channel barriers composed of both plexiglass for rigidity and polydimethysiloxane for leak-free attachment. |
