Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	We describe patient with a rare pulmonary sequestration with myocardial ischemia in the left coronary artery caused by vasospastic angina and stealing from coronary circulation. The anterior atrial branch from the left circumflex artery gave rise to a large and anomalous vessel in the right posterior lung field. Both the surgical and medical treatment of this pulmonary sequestration improved the control of angina attacks.
