Zusammenfassung:Scapular duplication is an exceedingly rare congenital anomaly. We present a unique case of left-sided duplication without additional malformations other than those involving the left upper extremity. Treatment of similar cases has been successful, and further work-up for additional anomalies should be undertaken. Other conditions in the spectrum of developmental deformities of the shoulder are discussed.
