Pyogenic Spondylitis with Scheuermann's Disease

Summary: We present the case of a teenager suffering from dorsal and lumbar pain. Imaging modalities diagnosed a lumbar retromarginal anterior herniation and thoracic spondylitis. Such association has been reported twice in the literature.
